In this commercial building, showrooms are provided & in upper floors, there are offices. Parking is provided in sailor. The structure has 4 floor which are accessible with stair & lift.
Elevation of the building is designed in such a way it look simple & sturdy. Ground floor has glass finished showrooms. On left side curtain wall is provided with a box in center & two beams around it. Front side has inclined wall, vertical gape & a box in center just like side elevation. On terrace, there is an en-carved panel in L shape. Railing of building is completely made of glass finish. This is three tone color which includes white, light gray & dark gray.
