Proposed Factory unit designed by ID Jugal Ranpara at Morbi, Gujarat, India.

               The STARCO tiles factory, located at Morbi. Where widest range of tiles are available. In which  ground floor is for offices & storage. First floor is for product showcase. Ground floor is having purple tiles with 45 degree spacer. First floor is having curtain wall & two highlighter belts are provided in upper & lower level of curtain wall. These belts are mounted with LED finishings. Aslo Three belts are provided in center of glazing with offset.

STARCO name is written on terrace of the building with red emissive fonts. There is one opening is provide in ground floor for trucks to carry tiles for delivery & for row materials for tiles. On right hand side there is a shutter for stock of tiles. In right side of plot area, there is provision for staff houses. So that employees don't have to worry about residence.

I was given a CAD file for 3D model, 3D is modeled in ArchiCAD & render is done in 3Ds Max using Vray. I have used four cars in this render & two trucks for a better reality. trees are provided around the area. Lighting is used of ivory color tone. & windows are used of aluminum section with sliding shutters. In entry two welcoming pots are provided. I hope you would like it.
