Proposed bank building render designed by Ar.Prakash Mandavia at Junagadh, Gujarat, India.

               This is city bank for Junagadh area. This is head quarter in which huge sailor is for parking & storage below the building. Ground floor is for parking & ATM. First floor is for general banking work. & other three floors are private banking & for employees only area. A staircase is provided for ground floor to first floor. A right hand side given a column for structural support. Pipings are provided on face of extreme facades. Pipings are stainless steel pipes which are colored & Windows are provided behind it. Windows are taken of aluminum section with slider glass frames.

              Elevation is designed in simple way, four stories with a cubic mass. Applied piping for elevation. two full height glasses are provided on first floor. Whole building is having exposed RCC. Red colored pipings, white & brick red color applied in first floor for highlighting. Bank building will be constructed in around 7500 square feet. Whole structure is frame structure. So beams & columns will be provided. Entry is having two slopes in both sides & steps in center. There are some planters provided both the sides of steps.

               I was given a CAD file for modeling of this building. 3D model is made in ArchiCAD & render is done using 3Ds Max. I have used an Audi & a Wolks Vagen  from my car library, one palm which is right side of steps is used. 3 palms are used in left side of building. Some Small palms are provided in side of building. Hedges with ficus are provided in front of brick wall beside the building. That wall is having brick cladding with piping above it. Pipings are having black color. I hope you would like it.
